At GWM safety is our number one priority.  Our main objective is

to maintain the safety and welfare of our employees, general

public and our clients.  Goldwater’s Vision & Core Values embodies

who we are, individually and as a company.  We have established

our reputation through our extensive commitment to Safety by

implementing a variety of training programs, in conjunction with periodic

safety audits by employing in-house field auditors to oversee projects &

ensure all safety requirements have been met.  Everyone at GWM, from executive

management to field crews, make certain that safety excellence is at the forefront of

our day-to-day operations.

Our Behavior-Based Safety Program provides us with a reliable method of tracking trends of safe and at-risk behavior of individual project sites. With this system, if a problem were to arise, it can be taken care of immediately and future training can be planned accordingly in order to maintain a low incident rate and high safety ratings.  GWM is partnered with all of the major safety databases including ISNetworld, Avetta, Veriforce, DISA, NCMS and Gold Shovel. These affiliations assist us in managing our training programs, drug screen programs and safety statistics.  Our employees are our greatest asset and their ongoing commitment to safety is what sets Goldwater Midstream apart from others within the industry.
