Skye Spivey has over 25 years of experience in the midstream and downstream industry, fifteen of them were in management positions on some of the largest scale pipeline projects in the United States. Before establishing Goldwater Midstream Construction LLC in 2017, he served as Director of Business Development for numerous pipeline construction companies, where he ensured the success of these companies by implementing new business strategies and streamlining business processes, which led to a variety of contract awards. He has also leveraged his relationships within the industry to help expand client portfolios and operations. In addition to this role, Mr. Spivey was leading a Business Development team for a major midstream company where he established the resources needed for company growth and secured major pipeline contracts in the Northeast.
Dustin Spivey has over 20 years of experience in manufacturing, project management, quality assurance, and quality control experience for mechanical equipment in the oil and gas industry. He has an extensive background in managing the day-to-day operations on capital projects for some of the major oil and gas clients such as ExxonMobil, BP, & Noble Energy. His experience and reputation within the industry makes him a great asset here at GWM. He's capable of managing a staff & coordinating work efficiently, while monitoring progress and ensuring to safety plans, scheduling, quality and overall cost. In addition, Mr. Spivey preserves the ongoing relationship between GWM, sub-contractors and clients.
WINDEL (Doby) EAVES II
Windel Eaves II has over 35 years of experience in the pipeline industry. The knowledge and success throughout his career has made him a highly valued and key asset for GWM’s leadership team. On-site, Mr. Eaves oversees all phases of a project from initial planning to completion to ensure the project is constructed in accordance with planning, schedule, design and to meet all client requirements. He also oversees the tracking of inventory of supplies and materials to guard against loss and to ensure that vital materials are ordered and delivered to meet schedule.
